SPG’s full time Human Resources practice works with each client on a case-by-case basis to assess appropriate staffing strategies. To accommodate varying needs and business practices, we work with our clients in a variety of arrangements including exclusive searches, container fees, or on a contingency basis. We also work with select clients on retained searches for senior level positions.

To provide comprehensive, flexible and customized solutions to meet all our client’s requirements, we:

Gain a strong understanding of the ideal candidate by thoroughly discussing job requirements and the corporate culture.
Conduct research to identify a pool of interested candidates who meet the qualifications for the job and possess necessary qualities for success within your organization.
Perform in-depth interviews to assess skills, interests and motivations, salary expectations to ensure that they not only have the skills to do the job, but also are a good fit for your corporate environment.
Typically send three to five possible candidates with a write-up that includes information not found on a resume (i.e., reasons for leaving, salary information and style.)
